Se anuncian las nominaciones a los Oscar 2023

Las nominaciones a los Oscar 2023 se anunciaron este martes por la mañana. Riz Ahmed y Allison Williams desvelaron los nominados a la 95ª edición de los premios de la Academia en 23 categorías, entre ellas mejor película, mejor director, mejor guión original y adaptado, los premios al actor y la actriz protagonistas y de reparto, mejor canción y partitura y categorías artesanales como fotografía, diseño de producción, sonido, montaje y efectos visuales.

El anuncio de las nominaciones por parte de la Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas tuvo lugar en persona -frente a una audiencia repleta de miembros de la prensa y publicistas por primera vez desde 2016- en el Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

La presentación de los nominados a los Oscar 2023 también se retransmitió en streaming en Oscar.com, Oscars.org y las plataformas sociales de la Academia, así como en el programa Good Morning America de la cadena ABC. Jimmy Kimmel será el presentador de los Oscar 2023, su tercera vez como maestro de ceremonias, con Glenn Weiss y Ricky Kirshner como productores.

Los premios del año pasado fueron memorables no sólo por los Oscar entregados, sino también por la bofetada de Will Smith a Chris Rock y la controvertida decisión de presentar ocho categorías antes de la retransmisión y emitir versiones editadas de esos discursos. El nuevo director ejecutivo de la Academia, Bill Kramer, ha indicado que este año le gustaría que todas las categorías se premiaran durante el espectáculo en directo. La 95ª edición de los Oscar tendrá lugar el domingo 12 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre del Ovation Hollywood y se emitirá en directo por ABC.
